TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1-GENERAL CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions of sale are applicable to all users and govern the sales of products on the
www.jupilo.it website (hereinafter "Site").
All products on the Site are sold and marketed by the company Jupilo' S.r.l.s. with registered office
in Rome, Via Cardinal de Luca n.3, VAT 16687741005.
Users are required to carefully read the Terms and Conditions available on the Site, in order to read
them before purchasing (including those relating to delivery costs and conditions for exercising the
right of withdrawal), as well as the Privacy Policy and Cookies. In the absence of acceptance of the
Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, the User will not be allowed to complete the Order
Request. Jupilo' Srls reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions and conditions. Users are
responsible for keeping up to date with changes
2-PRICES
The prices indicated on the Site are in Euro and are all inclusive of taxes and duties, except for sales
made in non-European countries for which any local taxes, import duties and customs fees will be
charged to the User. Any shipping costs must be added to the price of the Products, as specified on
this Site containing the delivery methods available to the User.
3-CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The customer by sending the order request unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe these
conditions of sale governing commercial relations with the company Jupilo' Srls.
The order request, therefore, implies full knowledge and total acceptance by the customer of the
Conditions on the site, as well as all the information contained in the web pages of the site. All
orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Once the Order Request has been sent, the User will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the
same. The purchase order between the User and the Company and the relative contract for the sale
of the Products, are considered finalized only when the User receives confirmation of acceptance of
the Order Request. The acceptance (or refusal) by the Company of the Order Request will always
be sent to the User at the e-mail address indicated by him.
With the conclusion of the contract, JUPILO' S.r.l.s. undertakes to provide the customer with the
products ordered, in compliance with the terms and conditions on the Site.
In case of unavailability of one or more Products ordered, the Company will notify the User by e-
mail. In this case, the Order Request will be refused or accepted only for the Products available. In
case of partial acceptance, the User will be required to pay only the price for the Products available.
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to local taxes, import duties and taxes, which are
collected once the package reaches the destination country. For orders to countries outside the EU,
we cannot predict what the particular charges might be. You must pay these additional costs so that
the package can be cleared through customs. For more information, please contact your local
customs office.
4-SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
4.A - Shipping Costs
Shipments on the Italian territory are completely free and charged to Jupilo Srls.
Shipments made in Europe are free for orders over € 150.00 while for orders of lower value the
normal shipping cost is € 15.
In non-EU countries, orders are always shipped at a cost of € 20.
For shipments to the UK shipping costs of € 15.
4.B - Shipping and delivery times
All products will be shipped within 48 hours after order confirmation, from Monday to Friday. If
the order is placed on a public holiday and pre-holiday, the products will be shipped within 24 hours
after the first working day.
The estimated delivery times, after the order, will be as follows:
1- 4 working days in Italy
5-7 working days in the European Union
15-20 working days in non-European countries.
If customs detains the package for checks and controls, delivery may take a longer time not
attributable to the company Jupilo' Srls
In case of payments by bank transfer, the shipment is made within 48 hours of the working day on
which the amount paid is accounted for.
Those who sell and market the products on the Site guarantee their quality and authenticity as all
products sold and those returned are subject to strict quality control standards.
For the completion of the delivery, the User's signature is required as proof of receipt of the
shipment.
At the time of delivery it is important to check that the package containing the products is intact and
has not been damaged or tampered with, that the quantity of Products delivered is equivalent to that
indicated on the delivery document.
In the event that the delivered package is damaged or tampered with, or in the case of a partial
delivery, we invite our customers to report the anomaly by writing the word "SPECIFIC
RESERVE" on the courier's delivery document. It is advisable to report any damage or tampering
of the package also to the company JUPILO' by sending an email to ordini@jupilo.it attaching
photos of the damage or tampering of the package.
In the absence of a written objection, the User may not, subsequently, raise objections in this regard.
When the User physically comes into possession of the Products, he assumes the risk of loss or
damage to them.
4.C - Order Status Information
When the order is shipped, an e-mail will be sent containing the courier's tracking number so that
customers can follow the status of their order directly on the courier's website.
4.D - Storage of goods after shipment
In case of non-delivery of the shipment, the next day the courier automatically sends to the sender –
Jupilo' – notification of opening of stock practice, which shows the reason for non-delivery and the
request for instructions for release. The customer also has the possibility to view the dossier of
practical opening of stock and the status of his order directly on the courier's website.
Jupilo' reserves the right to request the return of the goods after two (2) working days, in the
absence of instructions from the end customer.
5-CUSTOMS
The perfumes of Jupilo' Srls may contain ingredients that cannot be imported into some
countries. Please check with local customs. The company Jupilo' Srls will NEVER be held
responsible for import problems arising from placing an order in our webstore.
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to taxes, local taxes and import duties, which are
collected once the package reaches the customer's country. For orders to countries outside the EU,
we cannot predict what your particular charges might be. You must pay these additional costs so
that the package can clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
6-PAYMENT METHODS
On the Jupilo' Site you can choose to pay in different ways, all payments used on our Site are
absolutely safe:
6.A - PayPal
Payment by PayPal is a simple and secure method and is made through your PayPal account. After
confirming your order, you will be redirected directly to the PayPal website where you can also pay
with your credit card. Through the PayPal account you can pay in a single solution or in 3
convenient installments.
6.B - Credit Card
Payments by credit card do not include any commission and are absolutely safe, as your card details
are managed directly from the bank's website. You can pay with all credit cards of the Visa circuits
(including PostePay), Mastercard, Mestro, Amex, Unionpay.
6.C - Apple Pay
You can also pay with Apple Pay, a quick and easy way to pay using cards saved in your iPhone's
Wallet app. Personal and payment data are protected and are never shared with the seller.
6.D - Google Pay
On our Site you can pay with Google Pay, a quick and easy way to pay using cards saved in your
Google account. Personal and payment data are protected and are never shared with the seller.
6.E - Bank Transfer
If you pay by bank transfer, we will ship your order after receiving your payment credited. The data

If you decide to pay by cash on delivery, we inform you that the courier will only accept cash and
not checks, within the maximum limit imposed by the law in force at the time of payment. The
additional cost to make payment by cash on delivery is Euro 5 including VAT.
Payment Problems
If you have had problems with the payment of an order you can log in to your account, in the My
orders section and selecting the order of your interest you can repeat the payment or change the
payment method. At any time you can send us an email to ordini@jupilo.it reporting the problem or
anomaly.
7-RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY
The customer can freely exercise the right of withdrawal on the products purchased, in which case
he must send an explicit declaration to the company's email address (info@jupilo.it) and inform it
of his decision to withdraw from the contract, indicating the order number and the products for
which he intends to exercise the withdrawal.
Pursuant to art. 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments, the
Customer has the right to withdraw only if the notice of withdrawal takes place within 14
(fourteen) days from the day on which he entered into material possession of the goods delivered.
For the return of the Product, after exercising the right of withdrawal, in the manner indicated in
this article, the customer must return the Product to the company Jupilo' S.r.l.s., using a
carrier of his choice and at his own expense, within 14 calendar days from the date on which
he communicated his decision to withdraw . The deadline is met if the user sends the Product
back before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

The customer can request a refund only for items purchased on the www.jupilo.it Site. You must
return the items in unused condition, accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be
accepted if the labels, original packaging and warranty seals are completely intact. The company
JUPILO' cannot accept returns without seals, labels or non-original packaging. The customer is
responsible for shipping the returned items and items lost in transit will not be refunded.
Refunds for returned goods will be made within two weeks of receipt of the returned product, using
the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Defective items will be replaced with the same type of product, subject to availability. Returns can
only be made as described in the instructions on the Site, which in this case will be sent by e-
mail. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded in stores other than the Site.
From the moment in which the goods return to the possession of JUPILO' S.r.l.s., to proceed with
the reimbursement it will be necessary to ascertain that the same asset has not undergone tampering
and / or alterations of any kind such as to compromise a future / immediate resale of the same.
If the returned product is unsellable, the return will not be accepted and the product in question will
be returned at our expense to the rightful owner.
The direct costs of returning the Product are borne by the user and the return of the Product
takes place under his responsibility.
The reimbursement, however, will always be net of any other cost or commission incurred by
JUPILO' S.r.l.s. according to the same sale.
8- REGISTERED TRADEMARKS - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT
The company Jupilo' S.r.l.s. owns trademarks that include the names of the perfumes, the JUPILO'
logo and the graphic representation of the Cap. These trademarks may be used or registered in more
than one country and your use of this website does not in any way allow the right to use our
trademarks.
The Manager and all other owners of registered trademarks have the right to make exclusive use of
the trademarks of their respective ownership. Any use of these trademarks that does not comply
with the law and, as unauthorized, is prohibited and entails serious legal consequences. It is in no
way allowed to use these trademarks and any other distinctive sign on the Jupilo' S.r.l.s Site to take
unfair advantage of the distinctive character or reputation of these trademarks or in such a way as to
cause prejudice to them and their owners.

ordering. In the event that the ordered goods are not available in stock, we will contact the customer
by e-mail. Jupilo' S.r.l.s. declines all responsibility for the possibility of any inaccuracies, technical
or factual inaccuracies or graphic errors. Nor can the company guarantee that all the information on
the Site is updated in real time. Jupilo' S.r.l.s. reserves the right to modify at any time the content of
the site and the items available in the range of products, without prior notice. Although the company

exclusive and mandatory jurisdiction, if located in the territory of the Italian State. If the domicile or

its option, appeal to the Court of its place of residence or domicile or to the Court of Rome where
JUPILO' has its registered office. Alternatively, according to Article 14 of EU Regulation
524/2013/EU, the Customer may promote one of the procedures for the out-of-court settlement of
disputes provided for by current legislation. To this end, the Customer may use the online platform
made available by the European Commission, which can be accessed through the

S.r.l.s. cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by the use of the site or the inability to use

10. Disputes
10.1. These Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and will be interpreted according to it,
without prejudice to any other mandatory rule, more favorable to the Customer, applicable in the
country of habitual residence of the Customer.
10.2. In the event of a dispute arising from the interpretation and / or application of these General
Conditions of Sale, the Court of the place of domicile or residence of the Customer will have
exclusive and mandatory jurisdiction, if located in the territory of the Italian State. If the domicile or
residence of the Customer is located in a territory other than the Italian State, the Customer may, at
its option, appeal to the Court of its place of residence or domicile or to the Court of Rome where
JUPILO' has its registered office. Alternatively, according to Article 14 of EU Regulation
524/2013/EU, the Customer may promote one of the procedures for the out-of-court settlement of
disputes provided for by current legislation. To this end, the Customer may use the online platform
made available by the European Commission, which can be accessed through the
http://ec.europa.eu/odr website.
